This vintage Elgin pocketwatch is a great timepiece from 1907!   The pendant set movement is marked:   Elgin Nat'l Watch Co. U.S.A. 15 Jewels 13016233 Safety Pinion.  The dial is porcelain, and reads: Elgin.  There are a couple of small hairlines on the dial-Please see all photos.  The case is yellow gold filled and is 16 size.  Inside the case back is marked: Windsor Guaranteed 20 Years B.W.C. CO. 8501116. The watch is not running, and is a great piece for restoration! The balance appears to be good. There are a few small chips on the case back edge, and on the bezel.  There are light scratches on the case and crystal.  Please see all photos!
