Swiss made. 18K solid gold three-body open face case. Truly excellent condition. Plain sturdy back with an engraved personal inscription 'a.b.s.r. 18.12.30 Mariabel'. Gold seals and Swiss gold hallmarks shown inside all covers. Case #4913228 matching movement's serial number. Dustcover engraved 'Longines 9 Grands Prix Cronometro Medical'. The case measures 54 mm in diameter without the crown, and is 14.5 mm thick.    Total weight: 96.4 grams / 3.40 oz Dial:  Original medical's Longines. Enamel dial in excellent condition for its age. Small hairline on the edge at 6, hairlines and a small crack on the edge at 1. Golden breguet moon hands and black arabic numbers. Outer medical scale in red. Sunken seconds subdial at 6 and 30-minute register at 12.
