Description This is a very nice Elgin Ladies Pendant Watch.  It is beautiful and works great. Second hand works and it keeps great time.   I searched the serial number #18207347 on the Elgin online database  http://elginwatches.org/databases/elgin_sn_intro.html.  It tells me that the watch was made between 1914 & 1915 and it is the first 3/0 size for Elgin.  It states that it is 7 jeweled but no indication on the watch.  On the inside of the back cover it has another serial #4847928.   It also has a hallmark that states "Wadsworth Referee Quality"  I have pasted the info below but if you search this watch on the database more thoroughly, you will be able to decide for yourself.  I am not an expert and welcome any further or corrected info regarding this great old watch. Included is an old Speidel band very old as well.
