From the Elgin Website it gives the size as 16s. This Elgin Pocket Watch has a bright white face, which must be porcelain, because I can see some hairline cracks under magnification, but only with a jeweler's loupe.  It has black numbers and  blueish hands.  There is a second hand down on the bottom of the watch were the number 6 would be.  Aside from the serial number on the movement, it is engraved Elgin Nat'l Watch Co.  U.S.A.  17 Jewels. It is running at this time and the second hand works fine too.  Although, it has just been sitting on my desk while it is running, so I cannot guarantee how much longer it will run.  The watch needs to be cleaned and it would be a good idea to have it serviced. The inside of the case is marked:  KEYSTONE WATCHCASE  NICKELOID MADE IN U.S.A. 352769 It is a screw on back.  The sides of the case have designs that go all the way around the outside diameter of the watch. There is a design all over the back of the case, but it is faded from use and age.  The crystal has some light scratches, even a couple more medium scratches from use.  This is a very handsome watch and has good weight to it.
